Commercial drivers seeking long-haul, ODC or containerised assignments.

Process

How KYC verification works

A simple 5-step process, typically completed within 2–3 working days once documents are received.

1. Submit basic details
Fill the KYC form below with your firm, contact and fleet information.
2. Document request
Our compliance team emails you a secure checklist based on your partner type.
3. Share documents
Reply with scanned copies of PAN, GST, RC, insurance, permits and bank details.
4. Verification
We validate PAN & GSTIN, cross-check RC/permits and confirm bank details.
5. Approval & onboarding
You receive a Vendor / Carrier ID and start receiving load or work assignments.

Standard Indian logistics KYC checklist

Please keep clear, colour scans (PDF or JPG, under 5 MB each) ready before submitting.

Business / firm documents

PAN card of firm / proprietor
GST registration certificate (GSTIN)
Udyam / MSME registration (if applicable)
Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership deed / LLP agreement
Address proof of registered office (utility bill / rent agreement)
Cancelled cheque or bank passbook front page
Board resolution / authority letter for the signatory (Pvt Ltd / LLP)
Company profile & list of key clients (optional but recommended)

Vehicle / driver documents (carriers)

Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) — for every attached vehicle
National / State Permit copy
Fitness Certificate
PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate
Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance policy
Goods carriage / cargo insurance (where applicable)
Road tax receipt
Driver's Licence (commercial / HMV) — for each driver
Driver Aadhaar & recent photograph
